The 2024 PVBC Fall Season Registration is NOW Open for the Fall 2024 Season! 

Make sure to sign up your son or daughter for the grade they will be in next fall school year (24-25). Ex. If your daughter is currently in 5th grade, you would sign them up for 6th grade.

GIRLS ONLY Player Assessments 

May 20th 2024

BOTH need to be done before Player Assessments on May 20th (Girls Only). BUT BOYS PLAYERS STILL NEED TO DO 1. and 2. 

1. JVA Player Waiver - NO Charge 

2. $195 program fee

Season: 23-24

Fill out the rest of the form with your DAUGHTERS or SONS info and click SUBMIT. 

** Once submitted there is no need to contact us, we can see if you completed it on our end and will mark you as completed. 

2. $195 Program Fee: 

Option 1: PayPal - search pewaukeevbc@gmail.com - send using "friends and family" to avoid fee. 

Option 2: Send check made out to PEWAUKEE VOLLEYBALL CLUB c/o Tommy Jonas to 380 Park Hill Drive Unit E Pewaukee WI 53072. 

**This NEEDS to be turned in before girls player assessments on May 20th.

Girls:

4th/5th Grade Girls - 26 

6th Grade Girls - 17 

7th Grade Girls - 44

8th Grade Girls - 23
