PLAYER ASSESSMENTS WILL BE IN MAY 2025 DATE TBA AT A LATER TIME. 

PVBC IS FOR ANY 5TH-8TH GRADE BOYS AND GIRLS FOR THE 25-26 SCHOOL YEAR.

BOTH need to be done before Player Assessments on May 20th (Girls Only). BUT BOYS PLAYERS STILL NEED TO DO 1. and 2.

** Once submitted there is no need to contact us, we can see if you completed it on our end and will mark you as completed.

**This NEEDS to be turned in before girls player assessments on May 20th.
